Privacy Policy

JUNSOFT ("we," "us," or "our") operates the BizPocket mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you sign in using Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In, we may receive:

• Your name (as provided by the authentication service)
• Your email address
• A unique user identifier

We do not receive or store your Apple ID password or Google account password.

1.2 Business Data

The App allows you to record and manage business-related information, including:

• Business name and type
• Sales records (product name, quantity, price, payment method, date)
• Inventory data (stock levels, transactions)
• Expense records (amount, category, memo)
• Daily settlement summaries

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

We do not collect analytics, device identifiers, or location data. The App does not include any third-party tracking or advertising SDKs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Provide and maintain the App's core functionality (sales tracking, inventory management, settlement)
• Synchronize your data across your devices via Apple iCloud (CloudKit)
• Generate AI-powered business reports using anonymized, aggregated sales data
• Process subscription purchases through Apple's App Store

3. Data Storage and Synchronization

3.1 Local Storage

All business data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. The App functions fully offline.

3.2 iCloud Synchronization

If you are signed in to iCloud, your data is automatically synchronized to your private iCloud account via Apple CloudKit. This data is:

• Stored in your personal iCloud account
• Encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple
• Not accessible to us or any third party
• Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy

3.3 Authentication Credentials

Authentication tokens and user identifiers are securely stored in the device's Keychain, which is encrypted by the operating system.

4. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services:

• Apple CloudKit — for data synchronization across devices
• Apple StoreKit — for processing in-app subscription purchases
• Sign in with Apple — for user authentication
• Google Sign-In — for user authentication
• Azure OpenAI Service — for generating AI business reports (only aggregated, non-personally-identifiable sales statistics are sent)

Each third-party service is governed by its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their respective policies.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with anyone except as described in this policy (i.e., through the third-party services listed above, as necessary to provide the App's functionality).

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Your business data remains on your device and in your iCloud account for as long as you use the App. You can delete your data at any time by:

• Deleting individual records within the App
• Signing out and deleting the App from your device
• Managing your iCloud storage through iOS Settings

If you delete your account, all associated authentication data stored in the device Keychain will be removed.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information:

• All data synchronization uses encrypted connections (TLS/SSL)
• Authentication credentials are stored in the encrypted iOS Keychain
• iCloud data is encrypted by Apple both in transit and at rest
• AI report requests use HTTPS and do not include personally identifiable information

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App or on this page. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when this policy was last revised.
