Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BizPocket mobile application (the "App") provided by JUNSOFT ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

BizPocket is a business management application designed for small business owners. The App provides tools for:

• Sales recording and tracking
• Inventory management
• Daily settlement and expense tracking
• AI-powered business reports (Pro feature)
• Data synchronization via iCloud

2. Account and Authentication

You may use the App without creating an account (local-only mode). To enable iCloud synchronization, you may sign in using Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Free Plan

The free plan includes limited functionality:

• Up to 30 sales records per day
• Up to 15 products
• Basic daily settlement

3.2 Pro Plan

The Pro plan unlocks all features and is available as:

• Monthly subscription: KRW 4,900 per month (com.junsoft.bizpocket.monthly)
• Annual subscription: KRW 39,900 per year (com.junsoft.bizpocketpro.yearly)

3.3 Free Trial

The annual subscription includes a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the annual subscription.

3.4 Payment and Renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

3.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Maintain the accuracy of your recorded data
• Keep your authentication credentials secure

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by JUNSOFT and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the App (including AI-generated reports) will be accurate or reliable
• Any defects in the App will be corrected

AI-generated business reports are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional financial, tax, or business advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JUNSOFT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JUNSOFT from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or on this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
